How is my order shipped?

Natea boutique mainly sends its parcels via Swiss Post, but deliveries may exceptionally be handled by DHL.

What are the delivery charges?

For orders under CHF 49.00

  • PostPac Economy: 4.90
  • PostPac Priority: 7.90
  • PostPac Priority (Insurance & Signature): 10.90

Delivery to Europe only PostPac Economy valid

For orders over CHF 49.00

  • PostPac Economy: Free
  • PostPac Priority: 7.90
  • PostPac Priority (Insurance & Signature): 10.90

Delivery to Europe only PostPac Economy valid

What are the delivery times?

Orders confirmed before 3 p.m. are generally shipped the same day (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, public holidays (NE), December 24th and 31st are shipped on the next business day. 

Delivery times for Switzerland:

  • PostPac Economy: 2 to 3 business days
  • PostPac Priority: 1 to 2 business days

Delivery times for European countries:

  • PostPac Economy: 3 to 5 business days

 

Returns

Do you wish to return an item?

You have 14 days to return your items, the 14-day period starts from the moment the package is shipped.

The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer and will be refunded upon receipt of the product(s) according to the conditions below. Sale products are not eligible for return.

Conditions for accepting returns:

  • Product intact (including packaging)
  • Unopened packaging
  • Must be sent in its original packaging
  • Must not have been used
  • Error during order preparation

What is the procedure?

In order to best satisfy you, we kindly ask you to contact us to find the best solution.

Upon receipt of your package, we will inspect it to verify that the conditions are met.

A refund is ONLY possible if the error originated from our order preparation service; otherwise, a voucher for the value of the product will be sent.
