General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

For relations between Natea Boutique, Helder Manuel Correia Pinho Ribeiro and the buyer for purchases made on the online store (www.nateaboutique.com), the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") shall apply in their version valid at the time of the order. Any derogating agreements must be in writing to be valid. Purchases on our website (www.nateaboutique.com) are open to all individuals.

Through links in the online store, the customer can access, view, or save the GTC on their computer when placing an order. It is the customer's duty and recommended by the seller to print the GTC.

2. LEGAL WARRANTY

Natea Boutique provides a 24-month warranty on products subject to warranty. The warranty is only valid when the customer can prove their purchase with either the invoice or the certificate of authenticity.

Excluded from the warranty are damages related to improper use, lack of precaution, accident, loss, or normal wear and tear.

3. AVAILABILITY

All items marked as in stock on our online store are available with us and will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Products not in stock have a maximum delivery time of 15 days, depending on the brand's availability. If one of the products in an order is not in stock, the entire order will be shipped once all products are available.

Orders may be cancelled by Natea Boutique if the product is no longer available from the manufacturer. A refund will be issued immediately.

In case of delay, our customer service will contact you by email to inform you of the new delivery date. If you reject our proposal, you can cancel your order free of charge.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

All prices are indicated in Swiss francs. For orders shipped outside Switzerland, value-added taxes will be charged by the carrier. Prices are subject to errors and changes.

4.1 PAYMENT METHODS

We offer the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and other payment cards depending on the country of payment. Payment via TWINT is accepted through our partner. Natea Boutique does not accept payment by invoice; an exception may be made for professional clients.

5. DELIVERY / SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are free for deliveries in Switzerland starting from CHF 49.00. For orders under CHF 49.00, shipping fees of CHF 4.90 will be charged.

Upon handing over the parcel to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation and the tracking number so that you can track your delivery.

6. RIGHT OF RETURN

We grant you a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt of the package.

Your right of return applies if the following conditions are duly met:

  • The product is in perfect condition, neither opened nor damaged nor consumed.

  • Returns in intact original packaging.

  • The completed return slip is attached.

  • Return at the customer's expense, except in case of an error by Natea Boutique or delivery damage.

6.1 RETURN CHECK

The returned item will be subject to inspection. If the product does not meet the return conditions, no refund will be issued, and the customer will be offered the option to retrieve the product at their expense. The return address is attached.

8. PRODUCT DEFECT

The customer is obliged to check the ordered product. Defects must be reported within 7 days; after this period, we will consider the products compliant. In case of a problem, contact customer service who will guide you.

9. RETENTION OF TITLE AND ASSIGNMENT

Natea Boutique retains ownership of the delivered goods, in all cases, until full payment of the invoice amount for a delivery.

Natea Boutique reserves the right to assign claims to organizations specializing in debt collection.

10. MODIFICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

Natea Boutique reserves the right to modify the general terms and conditions of sale at any time.

11. APPLICABLE LAW

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is La Chaux de Fonds (Switzerland).
